Our Story

For the past 8 years, we’ve been on a journey filled with hope, resilience, and love as we’ve worked toward our dream of growing our family. Through every up and down, we’ve leaned on each other and held fast to the belief that one day we’ll get to share our home and hearts with a child of our own.

Because we both carry the same recessive gene for a serious genetic disorder, any natural pregnancy would carry a 25% chance that our baby would not survive past infancy. IVF with genetic testing is the only safe path forward to give our future child the best chance at a healthy life. This makes the process more costly, but it also gives us hope and reassurance that we are doing everything we can to bring a healthy baby into our family.

Family is at the very center of who we are. Madi has dedicated her career to caring for children, pouring her heart into helping little ones learn, grow, and thrive as if they were her own. She’s also been a source of comfort and guidance for relatives and friends through their own parenting journeys. Now, after so many years of giving to others, we find ourselves humbly asking for the love and support of our village.

We’ve worked tirelessly. Saving, preparing, and doing everything in our power to make this dream come true. But the reality is that the financial cost of IVF is more than we can carry on our own. Fertility treatments are expensive and emotional, but they also give us the best chance of success and the hope of holding our baby in our arms.

With the help of our village, we can take the next step forward. Every gift, no matter the size, brings us closer not just financially, but emotionally, too. Your support gives us strength and helps us believe that this long, difficult chapter will finally lead to the family we’ve been longing for.
